2. How do I request utility service?: If you need to establish utility service at your residence and/or business, please contact the Finance Department, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 540-635-7799. The Finance Office is located in the Front Royal Administration Building, 102 East Main Street.

3. How do I address concerns pertaining to my excessive water bill?: If your water usage on your utility bill seems too high, please contact the Finance Department. The Finance Department is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 540-635-7799. The Finance Office is located in the Front Royal Administration Building, 102 East Main Street.

What is the procedure if I want to fill my swimming pool?: If you are planning to fill your pool using Town water, please contact the Finance Department prior to filling the pool, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 540-635-7799. The Finance Office is located in the Front Royal Administration Building, 102 East Main Street.

Does the Town have a recreational vehicle dump station?: The Town's Wastewater Treatment Plant can receive recreational vehicle wastewater DAILY, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. The Dump Station is located on Manassas Avenue. Dump tickets must be pre-purchased at the Finance Department, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 540-635-7799. The Finance Office is located in the Front Royal Administration Building, 102 East Main Street.

6. Does the Town accept residential septage?: The Town's Wastewater Treatment Plan can accept residential septage from permitted septage haulers. Permits are issued through the Warren County Administrator's Office located in the Warren County Government Center at 220 North Commerce Avenue and can be reached at 540-636-4600.
