Councilman Gillispie is a native of Front Royal.  He is a plumbing & gas plans reviewer for Loudoun County's Building and Development Department.  Gary is a member and regularly attends Dynamic Life Ministries.  He lives in Front Royal with his wife, Allyson and son, Chase.
