If you have a dream or know someone in your life who has a dream and needs a financial boost to make it happen, this is your opportunity. The Dare to Dream grants are available to women living in Warren County, ages 18 years and older, not currently enrolled in high school. Recipients will be announced in March 2021. Applications are available at Samuel’s Public Library.
