Purchasing
The Town of Front Royal utilizes the Commonwealth of Virginia's electronic procurement system (eVA) for issuing and updating its competitive sealed bids and proposals. In addition, the Town also posts all of its sole source and emergency award documents on eVA.
Vendor Registration: All interested vendors are encouraged to visit eVA at www.eva.virginia.gov for more information on how to register as a vendor and to access the Town's active solicitations.
The Town's Purchasing Department is a subset of the Department of Finance. Purchasing supports the Town of Front Royal by providing efficient and responsive procurement services to obtain high-quality goods and services at reasonable costs; while promoting maximum competition and fairness, complying with legal and budgetary requirements, and saving taxpayer dollars. The Purchasing Department processes and practices conform to the Virginia Public Procurement Act (V.P.P.A.) and the Town of Front Royal Purchasing Manual.
