Town Manager

The Town Manager's Office is comprised of the Town Manager and an Senior Executive Assistant who also serves as Clerk of Council. The Town Manager oversees all of the Town's operations and employees. Some of the more specific responsibilities of this office include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of the annual budget
  • Preparation of Town Council agendas
  • Authorization of specific public notices
  • Authorization of specific permits
  • Updating the Front Royal website
  • Updating the Government Access Channel 16
  • Updating the Town Code
  • Quarterly Newsletter to the Citizens
