DES is responsible for providing water and wastewater treatment to the Town of Front Royal and the surrounding area in Warren County. Our staff is also responsible for the delivery of water to your home or business and maintenance of the sanitary sewer system.  We also are responsible for design, construction administration, and inspection of all major construction efforts within the Town limits and involving Town infrastructure in Warren County.
