FREE MULCH |
| to Town & County Residents! The Department of Environmental Services (DES) reminds citizens of the FREE mulch available to Town & County residents. You will need to load it yourself, so please bring a pitchfork or shovel. You will also need a form of cover if hauling in a trailer or truck bed. Your vehicle must have a valid Town or County Sticker. Mulch is available at the Manassas Avenue Extended Site and is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please contact the DES office at (540)635-7819 if you have questions.
