PUBLIC HEARINGS (FEES) |

The Town Council will hold the following public hearings on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 7:00pm in the Warren County Government Center: 1) An Ordinance to amend and re-enact Town Code Chapter 12 pertaining to fees 2) An Ordinance to amend and re-enact Town Code Subdivision and Land Development 148-3 Fees; and, Zoning 175-137 Fees, Charges and Expenses pertaining to Fees 3) An Ordinance to amend and re-enact Town Code 85-3 (E) pertaining to on-call refuse collection 4) An Ordinance to enact Town Code 158-13(D) pertaining to through trucks prohibited Copies of the abover ordinances are available in the Clerk of Council's Office located in Town Hall. All interested citizens are invited to attend these hearings to express their views.
