 | Hollis L. Tharpe Hollis L.Tharpe was elected to the Front Royal Town Council July 1, 2010. Previously he served as a member of Council from July 2000 - June 2004. Councilman Tharpe is a native of Front Royal. He is employed by Holtzman Propane and Owner/President of Tharpe's Novelties. Mr Tharpe is a member of the B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge #2382; the Loyal Order of Moose #829 and the American Legion Post #53. Mr. Tharpe and his wife Debbie, reside on Charles Street. They have four daughters, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. |

Thomas H. Sayre was elected to the Front Royal Town Council July 1, 2006.
Councilman Sayre is an attorney who owns his private practice at 222 E. Main Street in Front Royal. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University and a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University. Mr. Sayre was a former Assistant Attorney General and Staff Attorney for the Public Service Commission regulating utilities. He has professional membership in the Virginia State Bar, West Virginia State Bar, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Warren County Bar, the College of Business & Economics and is admitted before all of the Courts in Virginia.
Councilman Sayre has served and is serving on numerous boards and charitable organizations, including the local Knights of Columbus. He is a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Mr. Sayre lives on Shenandoah Shores Road with his wife, Carla Ann, and five of their seven children. |
 | Thomas E. Conkey Thomas E. Conkey was elected to the Front Royal Town Council on July 1, 2008. Prior to that, he served on the Front Royal Planning Commission from September 2006 to June 2008. Councilman Conkey and his wife, Kathy, have owned and operated Killahevlin Bed & Breakfast on North Royal Avenue since 2005. Prior to that, he managed major subcontracts for Raytheon Company for ten years and worked for Xerox Corporation for 23 years. Councilman Conkey has a long history of community service starting in 1981 when he and his wife worked with a small group of people to found Mid-County Soccer Association in Prince William County. He recently served as the Vice President of the Bed & Breakfast Association of Virginia. Councilman Conkey has two happily married sons, two grandchildren, and lives with his wife, Kathy, at 1401 North Royal Avenue. |
 | Carson C. Lauder Carson C. Lauder first served on the Front Royal Town Council from 1998 to 2002. During the latter part of that time, he also served as Vice Mayor; elected by his fellow councilmen. Councilman Lauder is a native of Front Royal. The Lauder family lives and works in the Front Royal area. Carson manages Lauder's Restaurant and produces Mrs. Lauder's Coleslaw (his mother's recipe). His wife, Roberta, is the Director of Community Resource Development for the Shenandoah Area Agency on Aging. Their son, Ben, is a Medical Records Informatics Analyst at Grafton. Daughter, Jenna, is an Admissions Specialist and Team Leader at Warren Memorial Hospital. Carson C. Lauder looks forward to working on issues that make life better for Front Royal's citizens. |
 | Vice Mayor Chris W. Holloway Chris W. Holloway was elected to the Front Royal Town Council on July 1, 2008. Councilman Holloway was born and raised in Front Royal. He is a home builder who owns and operates his own business in Front Royal, and is a member of the Warren County Builders Association. Mr. Holloway has been a coach and board member of the Front Royal Soccer Association for the past nine years and previously served as President. He is the Head Coach of Skyline High School Girls Junior Varsity Soccer Team and a former President/Member of the Warren County Parks & Recreation Committee. Councilman Holloway is a 1982 graduate of Warren County High School and lives in Front Royal with his wife, Tammi and their two children. His wife is an employee of Warren County Public Schools and their children attend public school. Mr. Holloway is a member of the Happy Creek United Methodist Church. |
 | N. Shae Parker N. Shae Parker was elected to the Town Council on July 1, 2010, and had been
originally appointed to the Council on August 11, 2008, to fill an unexpired term. Councilman Parker has lived in Front Royal and/or Warren County since 1979, with the exception of two years. He spent fifteen years working for various local radio stations in the valley and in 2004 purchased Hanna Sign Company, LLC on Water Street in Front Royal. Over the years, Councilman Parker has been active with the American Red Cross, The United Way of Front Royal/Warren County, and also serving as a Warren/Clarke 4-H Camp Adult Volunteer. He is an active member of the Front Royal Rotary Club and attends Calvary Episcopal Church. Councilman Parker is an artist/painter, and plays numerous instruments, including guitar, bass, mandolin, banjo, and keyboards. His hobbies include music, local history, art, literature, motorcycles and gardening. Councilman Parker is a dedicated family man, and lives in Warren Park at 5 East 17th Street with his wife, Lisa, and her daughters, Amanda & Sara and their newest arrival Peyton. |
