Records Division is staffed by a Records Clerk who maintains police records, and evidence. The records clerk assists federal, state and local agencies in background checks, provides copies of vehicle accident reports to insurance companies and citizens, manages the Notice of Violations and Virginia Uniform Summons and is the Police Department's Evidence/Property Clerk.
