Chapter 98 BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING.
Section 98-36 DOG KENNELS
A. Every person who maintains a kennel within the Town of Front Royal annually between
January 1st and January 31st shall pay a license tax of fifty dollars ($50.00).
B. For the purpose of this section a kennel shall include and mean any establishment in which ten
(10) or more canines, felines, or hybrids of either are kept for the purpose of breeding, hunting,
training, renting, buying, boarding, selling, or showing.
