Section 98-13 ZONING COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
The assessing official shall not issue, under the provisions of this Chapter, a license for
conducting any business, trade or occupation at a location where the conduct of such business,
trade or occupation at such location is prohibited by Chapter 175, relative to zoning.
