Section 88-7 PUBLICATION OF NOTICE AND ABATEMENT BY TOWN WHEN NOTICE CANNOT BE SERVED ON OWNER, OCCUPANT, OR PERSON RESPONSIBLE

In case no owner or occupant or person responsible for the graffiti can be found on whom to serve the notice provided for in this article, the Town, after giving five (5) days notice in the newspapers of the Town, shall return to the Treasurer an amount of the expense incurred, and the Treasurer shall proceed to collect the amount of the account.
