Section 75-5 BANK FRANCHISE TAX - ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION.
The assessment and collection of the taxes imposed under the provisions of this Article shall be
in conformity with the applicable sections of Chapter 10.01 of Title 58, Code of Virginia.
