A.    All properties or parcels of land within the Town of Front Royal to which a number is assigned by the Front Royal Planning Commission Administrator, or his agent, shall thereafter be identified by reference to the uniform numbering system adopted herein.

B.    Properties and buildings shall be assigned numbers in accordance with a schedule determined by the Front Royal Planning Commission Administrator and thereafter shall conform to the system adopted herein within thirty (30) days from the date of notification by the office of the Front Royal Planning Commission Administrator, or his agent.

C.    Numbers will be assigned at intervals determined by the Front Royal Planning Commission Administrator, or his agent.  Direction of streets will also be determined by the Front Royal Planning Commission Administrator, or his agent.
