A uniform system of numbering properties and principal buildings, as described in the document entitled "Front Royal House Numbering System", prepared by the Lord Fairfax Planning District Commission, is hereby established.  This document and the supplemental map, which are on file in the office of the Front Royal Planning Commission Administrator, are hereby adopted and made part of this chapter.
