Section 46-3 RESTRICTED HOURS

The sale of beer and wine shall be prohibited in the town from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 a.m. Licensees shall refrain from selling such beverages or permitting the consumption of the same upon the licensed premises during the hours set forth in this section.
