Section 46-1 PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS

If any person shall get or be drunk in public in the town, he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1.) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.).
