Section 4-6 APPLICABILITY OF ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER, 10TH EDITION

The proceedings of the Council, except as its own rules may otherwise provide, shall be governed by the rules of procedure described in Robert’s Rules of Order, 10^th Edition.
