Section 4-49 RECORDS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The
Front Royal Town Manager shall develop a comprehensive
records management program which establishes and provides procedures
for the
management of town records from their creation to their ultimate
disposition.
The records management program shall provide for the efficient
and
economical creation, distribution, maintenance, use, preservation and
disposition of all town records.
