SPECIAL PERMIT.
Uses
permitted
by
special
permit shall be as follows:
A.
Townhouses
on
sites
of one (1) acre or more as set forth
in Section 175-112.
B.
Apartments
as
set
forth in Section 175-113.
C.
Conversion
of
a
structure originally designed and intended
for occupancy as a single-family dwelling into a structure
with more than
one (1) dwelling.
D.
Day
care
and
day-care facilities as set forth in the
Town Code Section 175-107.1.
