Section 175-24 YARDS.
A.
Side: Each side yard shall be a minimum of ten (10) feet.
B.
Rear: Each rear yard shall be a minimum of
twenty-five (25)
feet.
C.
Front: The required depth of the front yard shall be as
provided in
Section 175-22. The main or front building facade and entrance
for any
residential structure shall be oriented toward the front yard of the
property,
unless an administrative variance is granted pursuant to Section
175-147.1.
