Section 175-10.09 HEIGHT.
A.
Residential buildings shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet
in height.
B.
Accessory buildings related to agricultural pursuits,
including barns and silos, may be erected to a height of sixty (60)
feet from
grade. Upon application to the Town Council for a special permit,
accessory buildings related to agricultural pursuits may exceed sixty
(60) feet
from grade if the Town Council determines that the additional height is
necessary for the use and that the use will not constitute a hazard,
will not
obstruct view and light on neighboring properties, will not constitute
a hazard
to aircraft or other uses and pursuits and will not constitute an
eyesore or an
impediment to the natural beauty of the area.
C.
All other buildings and structures shall not exceed a height
of thirty-five (35) feet.
