154-9 TRESPASSING AT THE BOAT
LANDING
A.
The hours of operation for the Town-owned property located at
the western end of Luray Avenue, commonly known as the "Boat Landing"
shall be each day from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. from November through
March of
each year, and from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. from April through October
of each
year. Any person who shall go upon such real estate without lawful
reason or
excuse at times which are outside of the said hours of operation shall
be
charged with a violation of Section 154-1 of this Code, and shall, upon
conviction, be punished as therein provided.
B.
Nothing in this Section shall apply to persons or
organizations who have obtained a Permit under Chapter 72 of this Code
while
such Permit is in effect.
