Chapter 148 SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT. (updated 7-28-08)

Section 148-38 STREETLIGHTS.

A.  Streetlights shall be installed to light streets and other public highways.  The installation of streetlights shall be in accordance with the design standards and specifications of the town.

B.  Streetlights shall be spaced at a maximum of three hundred (300) feet apart and staggered on opposite sides of the street.
