Chapter 148 SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT. (updated 7-28-08)

Section 148-3 AUTHORITY.

The Front Royal Town Council, following public hearing and in consideration of the recommendations of the Front Royal Planning Commission, enacts this legislation in accordance with the provisions of Code of Virginia Sections 15.2-2240 et seq., 15.2-960 and 15.2-961, and in accordance with it's authority granted under the Front Royal Town Charter and the Code of Virginia to ensure the orderly subdivision and development of land.
