Section 134-49 RESERVOIRS
No
person shall, without proper authority, enter the enclosures
around the town reservoirs or interfere in any manner with such
enclosures or
the water contained in the town reservoirs or throw sticks, stones,
trash or
any other matter or substance whatever into any of the reservoirs or
basins or
disturb or in any manner violate the water falling into or contained in
any of
the reservoirs or basins or bathe within one thousand (1,000) feet
above the
Shenandoah River pump intake.
