Section 134-48 OBSTRUCTING OR INJURING FIXTURES
No
person shall place any building material, rubbish or other
matter on a stopcock, meter box or valve of the street main or service
pipe or
obstruct any fixture connected with the waterworks or remove or injure
the
pipe, fireplug, hydrant or cock.
