Section 134-11 TENANT RESPONSIBILITY
Any
person who occupies an industrial user's premises as a
tenant under any rental or lease agreement shall be jointly and
severally
responsible for compliance with the provisions of this Article.
The owner
of the industrial user's premises shall remain jointly and severally
responsible for compliance with the provisions of this Article,
regardless of
the actions of his tenant.
