102-5(E),
102-6(F), 102-5(G) and 102-12(A)* were repealed by Acts 175. 102-6(D)** and 102-6(E)***
were amended at time of adoption of code; see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I. Chapter 102
amended in its entirety by Ord. No. 3-96 on 2-22-96. Sections 102-1 through 102-6 were
amended by Ord. No. 13-98 on 7-27-98. Sections 102-7 through 102-14 were deleted by Ord.
No. 13-98 on 7-27-98. Other amendments noted where applicable.
