Home Water & Sewer Design Water & Sewer Design The Department of Environmental Services reviews all proposed construction plans connecting to existing Town infrastructure. Designs should include plan and profile views with connection structures, pipe slopes, flow design requirements, structure locations, and all data necessary for review. The Town has adopted new construction standards which are available from the Department of Public Works at (540) 635-7819.
