James "Michael" Graham was appointed by the Town Council on September 18, 2006 as Town Manager. He graduated from Warren County High School and went on to earn a BS in Political Science/Public Administration from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Mr. Graham is a Senior Executive with over 26 years of operations and management experience.

His professional experience includes executive management positions with Cenveo, Quebecor World, World Color, Dittler Brothers, Inc. and Vertis all of which are Fortune 10 in the graphic/visual communication industry.

The Town Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Town, appointed by the Town Council. He is responsible for carrying out the policies of the Council and to manage all municipal activities. The Town Manager administers preparation of the annual budget, oversees Town programs and services, and enforces Town ordinances. He also serves as the Town's Treasurer.

Michael is married to Patty and has three children, Becky, Wes, and Hannah.
