Clerk of Council, Jennifer E. Berry was appointed September 1, 2005. She previously worked for the Town as the Administrative Assistant for the Department of Public Works for five years. Mrs. Berry lives in Warren County with her husband and their three daughters.

The Clerk of Council is appointed by the Town Council; and, is responsible for the preparation and distribution of the Town Council meeting agendas and minutes. She attends every meeting of the Council; and, serves as the liaison between the Council and the public, advising applicants of the result of their inquiries.
