Board of Zoning Appeals
Meets On Third Monday of each month at 7:00pm
Warren County Government Center Board Room

The Board of Zoning Appeals is responsible for deciding whether variances from the Town's zoning regulations can be granted based upon special physical conditions of property, and hearing appeals of administrative decisions of the Zoning Ordinance or relating to interpretations of the Zoning Map where there is uncertainty as to the location of a zoning district boundary. Following the public hearing, the BZA makes a decision (usually the same evening), which is final, unless someone aggrieved by the decision of the BZA files a petition with the Circuit Court to review the decision of the BZA.

The five members of the Board are appointed by the Circuit Court Judge upon recommendation from the Town Council. All members are appointed at-large and do not represent any particular magisterial district. The current members of the BZA are:
